Office Manager
My name is Michelle. I have been involved with this office since 1981. I have a long history of dental background. My Father was a dentist and I had the wonderful privilege of working with him. My husband and I have raised two sons. We have several grand-children that I really enjoy time with. We enjoy a hobby farm raising chickens and several bee hives. I enjoy projects and time with my Labrador Rose.

My name is Carmen. I graduated from Kalamazoo Valley with my degree in dental hygiene in 2016. I enjoy hiking, traveling, and spending time on the water kayaking & paddle boarding.
Danniel
Registered Dental Hygienist
I am Danniel, a graduate of Kellogg Community College’s Dental Hygiene program class of 1995. I am eager to collaborate with patients and share my expertise at Dr. Mancini’s esteemed office.
Tammie
Receptionist
She joined our dental team in 2012, coming from Pokagon State Park and Parkside Elementary School. She enjoys the roller coasters at Cedar Point. She likes to read, crochet, do puzzles, and going to the movies with her daughters.
Kelly
Dental Assistant
I am Kelly, and my dental career began in 2015 at an Endodontics office in Novi, MI. I subsequently relocated to Coldwater, MI in 2019, where I assisted at a Family Dentistry clinic until joining Dr. Mancini’s office to continue my role as a Dental Assistant.
Breanna
Dental Assistant
Breanna completed a one-year Dental Assistant program at Ross and holds certifications in CPR/BLS, and OSHA/HIPAA. She has experience in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and general dentistry. Outside of the office, Breanna also works as a CNA and is a wife and mother of three. She is actively involved in multiple sports with her children and enjoys spending time outdoors, which reflects her energetic, hands-on, and compassionate approach to patient care.
